I visit suppliers on the ground on your behalf; assessing facilities, production processes and working conditions. A real visit tells you things a profile never can.
Price negotiation support
I support you during price negotiations, helping you understand what is reasonable in the local market and how to negotiate in a way that works for both sides.
Logistics & freight
Need help with shipping, customs or warehousing? I connect you with the right logistics partners from my network, covering both Poland and the Nordic markets.
Supplier qualification
I verify that potential suppliers can actually deliver what they promise, checking capacity, reliability, references and fit with your requirements before you commit to anything.
Sample coordination
I coordinate the process of obtaining and reviewing samples, making sure you get what you actually need to make an informed decision before placing an order.
Compliance & certifications
I check that suppliers hold the necessary certifications and meet relevant standards; ISO, CE and other requirements. For specialist compliance advice, I work with my network of local experts.
Ongoing supplier management
I maintain regular contact with your suppliers on your behalf, following up on orders, quality and delivery, and flagging any issues before they become problems.
