Poland and Polish companies entering Nordic markets plus beyond those. This policy explains what data I collect, how I use it, and your rights under GDPR.
2. Who I Am

3. What Data I Collect
When you use the contact form I collect your name, email address, company name and your message. When you visit the website I collect anonymised IP address, pages visited and time spent, browser type and device, and referral source. I do not collect payment information and I do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Why I Collect It
I use your data to respond to your enquiry, follow up on potential business collaboration, improve the website and its content, and comply with legal obligations. The legal basis under GDPR Art. 6 is legitimate interest for responding to business enquiries and consent for analytics cookies where applicable.
5. How Long I Keep It
Contact form submissions are kept for 2 years from last contact, website analytics for 13 months on a rolling basis, and email correspondence for 3 years.
6. Who Has Access to Your Data
Your data is only accessible to me. I use Google Analytics for website traffic analysis with an EU data processing agreement in place. I do not share your data with anyone else.
7. Cookies
I use two types of cookies. Necessary cookies are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. Analytics cookies help me understand how visitors use the site and are only set with your consent via Google Analytics. You can withdraw your consent at any time by clearing your cookies and declining them on your next visit.
8. Your Rights Under GDPR
You have the right to access a copy of the data I hold about you, have incorrect data corrected, request deletion of your data, limit how I use your data, receive your data in a portable format, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. If you believe I am not handling your data correctly you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: UODO, uodo.gov.pl/en
