Practical review of partner agreements from a business perspective, not legal advice, but real-world experience of what works and what to watch out for. Legal advice available via my network of local lawyers.
Partner research & identification
I research and identify potential partners that match your company profile, distributors, agents, resellers and strategic partners. Each one is assessed individually before being presented to you.
Negotiation support
I support you during negotiations, helping you understand local norms, expectations and how to position your offer in a way that resonates with the other side.
Follow-up & business relationship support
A good introduction is just the start. I follow up to make sure the business partnership is developing as expected and help resolve any early misunderstandings.
